The OPTIFAST VLCD Program is designed so that you can interchange, or have any combination of the OPTIFAST VLCD products so that it suits your likes and lifestyle. You just need to ensure that you have three OPTIFAST VLCD products each day, if on the Intensive phase.

If you're craving something savoury, the Optifast VLCD Vegetable Flavour Soup is a tasty, creamy alternative in the Optifast VLCD product range. This Optifast VLCD Vegetable Flavour Soup is part of a nutritionally complete Program – so you can be confident your body is getting the vitamins and minerals it needs. It is also high in protein and can be enjoyed for any meal as part of your Optifast VLCD Program. Optifast VLCD Vegetable Flavour Soups are available in packs of eight. One sachet replaces one meal.



To use: To prepare your Optifast VLCD Vegetable Flavour Soup, you simply add one sachet to 200ml-250ml of hot water. Stir until the contents of the sachet are fully dissolved and add more water if you'd prefer a larger serve or a diluted taste. Alternatively, you can also add one sachet to 200ml of cold water, stir vigorously and microwave on high for one minute, or heat gently on the stove whilst stirring. You could also add some of your allowed vegetables to your Optifast Soup – to make a larger serve of delicious, healthy soup.
