If you're craving something savoury, the Optifast VLCD Chicken Flavour Soup is a tasty, creamy alternative in the Optifast VLCD product range. To use: To prepare your Optifast VLCD Chicken Flavour Soup, you simply add one sachet to 200ml-250ml of hot water. Stir until the contents of the sachet are fully dissolved and add more water if you'd prefer a larger serve or a diluted taste. Alternatively, you can also add one sachet to 200ml of cold water, stir vigorously and microwave on high for one minute, or heat gently on the stove whilst stirring. You could also add some of your allowed vegetables to your Optifast Soup – to make a larger serve of delicious, healthy soup.
