  • 1 medium green capsicum
  • 1 medium sweet red pepper
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce


  • Cut vegetables into thin strips.
  • Place the vegetables on a double layer of heavy-duty foil.
  • Lightly spray with olive oil spray; drizzle with soy sauce.
  • Fold foil around vegetables and seal tightly.
  • Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
