  • 1 tablespoon of low fat hummus
  • 1⁄4 cup tabouli
  • 50 gram lean grilled lamb
  • shredded lettuce and tomato slices
  • 2 teaspoon barbeque sauce
  • Fill pita bread with humus, tabouli, lamb, lettuce, tomato and sauce.
  • Wrap up and serve.
