Ingredients
- 2 cup of Baby spinach leaves
- 1⁄2 cup diced roasted pumpkin
- 1 small can of corn drained
- 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese shavings
- 80 gram of grilled lean chicken breast piece, sliced
- 2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
Preparation
- Add spinach, pumpkin, corn to a bowl.
