Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cup of cabbage finely chopped
• 1⁄2 carrot grated
• 1⁄2 celery stalk finely chopped
• 1 shallot chopped finely
• 1 tablespoon fat free mayonnaise or fat free coleslaw dressing
• 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
