  • 1⁄3 cucumber sliced
  • 120 gram lean chicken breast char grilled
  • 1 slice whole meal bread toasted and cut into croutons
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon low fat bottled Caesar salad dressing
  • Combine chicken and salad ingredients.
  • Top with croutons, parmesan and dressing.
