INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup of Baby spinach leaves
  • 1⁄2 cup diced roasted pumpkin
  • 1 small can of corn drained
  • 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese shavings
  • 80 gram of grilled lean chicken breast piece, sliced
  • 2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar

Preparation

  • Add spinach, pumpkin, corn to a bowl.
  • Top with grilled chicken pieces & parmesan cheese
  • Drizzle balsamic dressing over the top
