INGREDIENTS

  • 2 clove fresh raw garlic
  • 350 gram brussel sprouts shredded
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional Yeast (optional)

Preparation

  • Heat oil in fry pan and add shredded brussel sprouts and garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat until warm and slightly wilted. Add a small amount of water if needed to prevent from sticking
  • Mix through dijon mustard and black pepper
  • Sprinkle with nutritional yeast if desired
