INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 500 gram asparagus, cut diagonally into 3 cm pieces
  • 4 green Onions, Cut into 2 cm diagonal pieces
  • 150 gram Canned mushrooms, Drained and sliced
  • 2 small Tomatoes, Cut into thin wedges
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Grated lemon peel
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice

Preparation

  • Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Add oil, asparagus and onions.
  • Stir-fry 3-4 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms and stir-fry 1 minute.
  • Stir in tomatoes, lemon peel, soy sauce and lemon juice.
  • Heat thoroughly.
