Ingredients
- 2 eggs (100g)
- 1 cup non-fat milk (250mL)
- 4 slice multigrain bread (120g)
- 2 teaspoon margarine (10g)
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (20g)
Preparation
- Beat eggs and milk.
- Place bread in egg mixture and allow to soak up all liquid, turning at half time.
- Lightly fry in non-stick pan using margarine.
- Allow 1 teaspoon of Maple Syrup per slice.
