  • 2 eggs (100g)
  • 1 cup non-fat milk (250mL)
  • 4 slice multigrain bread (120g)
  • 2 teaspoon margarine (10g)
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (20g)


  • Beat eggs and milk.
  • Place bread in egg mixture and allow to soak up all liquid, turning at half time.
  • Lightly fry in non-stick pan using margarine.
  • Allow 1 teaspoon of Maple Syrup per slice.
